MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Facing Responsibilities:
?1.Lead the network to maximize Company's profitability within the assigned Auto accounts.
?2.Build and present value propositions, set negotiation strategy, where linguistically possible and practical, lead the negotiations.
?3.Responsibility for building share of wallet within these Auto accounts and theirs dealer shop network. Deepen existing and develop new senior level relationships with the key influencers in the Auto customers business to optimize company's proposition.
?4.To develop and maintain a significant awareness of the Automotive market space, the key accounts position in that space and marketing and technology developments in that space which may impact upon the relevant business development.
?5.Secure alignment with and offer support to Auto Strategic Accounts and dealer shop to present and support a strategic offer to the account.
?6.Overall responsibility to lead and get engagement of the business development strategy within the assigned Auto key accounts. Provide steer and support services to product development teams in developing technologically differentiated products to satisfy the Auto key accounts and theirs after sales network existing and future needs.


REQUIREMENTS:

?1.At least 5 years of experiences in Key Account Management especially in Auto Segment is essential.
?2.University Degree.
?3.Fluent in both oral and written English & Mandarin.
?4.Products and service knowledge - Good knowledge of tangible goods and services created to satisfy the needs and wants of customers and their role in creating value for the company and stakeholders - skilful application.
?5.Industry / Sector understanding - competent and fully credible with the customer as having sufficient industry / sector knowledge to be proficient in current role - skilful application.
?6.Direct selling skills - strong ability to adapt behaviour, style and approach to various situations to complete a sale - skilful application.
?7.Customer relationship management - the ability to maintain and nurture customer relationships based on in-depth knowledge of the customers' wants and needs and applying these to ensure profitability realization. Identifies programs to support continual customer satisfaction - skilful application.
?8.Negotiation skills - has good knowledge of the negotiation process and successfully plans and runs negotiations and be able to effectively closes negotiations with achievement of sale accomplished - skilful application.
?9.Account & key account planning - the strong ability to plan approaches, tactics and offers for individual customers with the goal of maintaining company as the preferred brand/supplier.
?10.Strong interpersonal communication skills.
? Strong networking skills.
? Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
? Being energetic, self starter, and highly motivated.
