Job Purpose:
The major role is to ensure the credit risk of Asia Pacific Region is under well control and to support the Credit manager during the credit reporting, controlling and analysis activities.

Job Description:
- To support the sales function to minimize customers' bad debt level and AR exposure
- To keep track of the long-term balance of customers and follow the collection
- To process daily order release for customers
- Complete AR reconciliation with customers
- Track reconciliation result and monitor the payment status
- Be actively involved in the collection of past due accounts
- Together with the company's accounting and sales departments continuously reduce past due AR
- To support the Credit manager to implement company's credit policy and procedure
- To support the Credit manager to review customer contract and master data
- To support the Credit Manager to review and analyze the credit performance with each CU


Required Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree majored in finance & accounting or business administration
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Familiar with MS applications. Experience with SAP system
? 5 years of relevant working experience,
? Familiar with sales related commercial matters
? Knowledge in tax and legal would be an advantage
? Must have
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Can hammer out tough agreements and settle disputes equitably
? Can negotiating skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups
? Lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner
? Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time
