Job Description:
? Complete assigned projects in an efficient and effective manner within the project deadlines established at midpoint while ensuring the work meets IAD's quality standards by being complete, free of significant errors, and adequately documented.
? On each assigned audit, devote commensurate time to high-risk areas of the project and limit time spent in low(er) risk areas by properly prioritizing the risks and testable controls identified during Planning; and by properly scoping, estimating, delegating and reviewing the audit work.
? Build people development skills by coaching assigned staff on their strengths and development needs (in skills and/or knowledge), by delegating work to improve skills and experience, and by providing development ideas to the staff's Manager.
? Leading assigned audit projects from start to finish which includes identifying and assessing project-based risks and controls.
? Developing audit programs, performing and reviewing audit work
? Preparing audit reports and communicating identified issues to appropriate management and other stakeholders
? Managing project deadlines and budgets, as well as relationships with assigned staff and the clients.
? Performing performance evaluation for assigned staff.

Required Qualifications
? 3-5 years of experience in internal or external auditing; an additional 2 years of experience in finance and/or other relevant business areas is preferred.
? Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or comparable major; Master in Business Administration is a plus.
? Experience in project management and risk assessment/management.
? Ability to influence and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Ability to lead and develop people, and work well in a dynamic, result-driven team environment.
? Ability to travel approximately 35%, which includes global travel.
? In possession of relevant professional certification or committed to obtaining such certification (i.e., CIA, CPA, etc.).
? Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally; another foreign language is a plus, especially Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, Japanese and Korean.
? Experience with SAP or a comparable Enterprise Resource Planning system is preferred.
? Sarbanes-Oxley Act controls evaluation and testing experience is preferred.
