Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Lead the team for logistics routine operation, and implement the strategic optimization through projects

? Lead the team to well execute the daily operation of logistics for multiple business, with service supported by 3PL
? Manage the regional 3PL relationship
? Validate consolidated regional freight based on budget
? Optimize and maximize customer satisfaction levels
? Manage supply issues and coordinate urgent shipments
? Figure out the saving solution to support logistics manager to make strategic decisions
? Develop or implement Ashland standard processes with 3rd parties and keep monitor
? Act as logistics contact of local SAP issue related

Job Requirements 职位要求
- College graduate is a must
- Mandarin, English in reading, writing & speaking
- Computer skill in Microsoft office software;
- Good analysis skill and project management skill
- Familiar with operation in SAP/JBA is a plus
- 5+ year experience in logistics & operation and/or manufacturing
- Preferred Experience in special chemical co.
