Major Accountabilities

？ Responsible for sales operations in assigned territory, Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting on problem or key markets, Needs to work closely with marketing, technology, and supply chain function in China.
？ Maintain existing accounts business and develop new business opportunities
？ Take responsibility for the achievement of sales goals
？ Build strong relationship with key strategic accounts, clients, distributors
？ Catch new business opportunities through customer communication
？ Frequently communicating with Marketing and Technology to ensure new product development, new target account development
？ Responsible for proposing, developing and implementing sales forecast

Prerequisites

？ Education: BS degree, major in Chemicals or sales and marketing. Academic training in business management is preferred.
？ Experience: 5+years experience in sales and marketing at related industry; Experience with related application technology is a plus
？ Skills: Good command of English and computer; Good interpersonal and communication skills; High sense of responsibility.
？ Others: Significant travel to customers (over 50%) required
？ Competency: Integrity and Trust, Action oriented, Customer Focus, Managing through systems, Business acumen, Problem solving, Communication and interpersonal skill
