职位描述
Job Purpose
1. Provide high-quality business assistance to HR head.
2. Provide general administration service to HR group.
Job Responsibility:
1. Business assistance to HR head
1) Working Calendar booking, management and follow up.
2) Telephone & mail screening and message taken for HR head.
3) Visitors greeting and guarding, personal reservation management.
4) HR regular meeting organizing and coordinating, Agenda preparing, Meeting minutes recording and AR tracking.
5) Documents guarding for HR head's approval.
6) Reports selection and collection form all HR functions.
7) Business trip arrangement (Hotel, tickets, pick-up etc.)
8) Daily administrative support such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
9) Working cross-function with other department to smooth daily office issues.
2. General administration services to HR group
1) Reserving and distributing meeting room and devices.
2) Managing HR assets.
3) Managing HR related chops.
4) Guarding HR shared folders, and generating privilege.
5) Defining and managing the yearly and monthly budget and expenditure of administration.
Delivering high quality, prompt and courteous office services to support HR team's business needs, including reception management, office supplies, post & courier, office security, office tidiness, office lay out planning and other soft services required.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, CET-4.
2. At least 2 years relevant working experiences.
3. Fluency in both verbal and written English.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong communication, organization and coordination skills.
