OVERALL PURPOSE:
Keep good quality utility supply/specific project implementation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Utility management;
2. Facility management;
3. Continues improvement;
4. Project implementation, such as new equipment hook-up;

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，理工类专业
2.三年以上设施维护相关工作经验
3.有高低压电工证
4.安全意识好
5.金桥附近优先
工作职责：
1、工厂供水系统的维修和保养。
2、工厂供电系统的维修和保养。
3、工厂供气系统的维修和保养。
4、工厂照明和空调系统的维修和保养。
5、工厂消防系统的维修和保养。
6、洁净室维护和保养。
7、纯水系统的维护和保养。
8、污水处理系统的维护和保养。
8、其他厂房相关设施的维修和保养。
7、其他领导安排的工作。
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or above, major in electricity
2. At least 3 years of working experience as facility engineer
3. Have experience with facility system include MAU, FCU,FFU,CDA, UPW, Clean Room Management,
building, Electricity, UPS, Exhaust, Chillers, Cooling tower, Air source heat pump, ice storage, elevator, lighting, fire fighting system, PLB and Waste water treatment
4.Trouble-shooting skills for electrical, HVAC systems. / Facility Management / Clean Room
5. High/Low voltage license
6. High safety sense is a must
7. Local resident(Shanghai Jinqiao) is preferred
