A) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accounting:
ü Review accounting records to ensure it is maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
ü Help with timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close for statutory and management reports
ü Help with financial audit preparation and coordination of the annual audit process, including preparation of annual accounts according to local GAAP

· Controlling:
ü Help with budgeting and monthly overheads report for various departments, monitor and control budget together with each budget owner to ensure delivery of targets
ü Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of internal control procedures
ü Prepare and review of annual statistics and survey as required
ü Forecast, monitor and summary fund flow status

· Ad-hoc Projects:
ü Recommend and implement solutions to day-to-day finance operational issues and process improvement for both efficiency and effectiveness
ü Ability to take on ad-hoc projects assigned

B) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Finance-related degree
· Knowledge of general accepted accounting principles and practices
· Knowledge of reporting and auditing principles and practices
· A minimum of 3 years experience in the management of accounting, budgets & forecast and financial reporting
