职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责招聘工作，应聘人员的预约，接待及面试；
2、员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理；
3、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达；
4、负责部门一些日常行政事务，配合上级做好行政人事方面的工作；
5、负责对新员工进行企业制度与文化的培训工作，建立企业形象；
6、其他突发事件的处理。
Responsibilities:
1, in charge of recruitment, appointment, reception and interview candidates;
2, staff entry formalities, employee labor contracts entered into, renewed, and management;
3, responsible for co-ordination with other departments to do a good job information Upload issued;
4, some of the day-to-day administrative affairs of the responsible departments, with the higher authorities to do the work of administrative personnel;
5, responsible for enterprise system and cultural training for new employees, the establishment of corporate image;
6, the processing of other emergencies.
