职责：

1、协助部门完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；
2、做好每月考勤管理，关心指纹考勤情况，及时掌握出勤情况，做好每月汇总；
3、负责公司各部门办公用品的领用和分发工作；
4、对外相关部门联络接待，对内接待来访、接听来电、解答咨询及传递信息工作；
5、完成领导交代的其他事宜。

任职资格：

1、文秘、行政管理、人力资源管理或相关专业大学专科及本科以上学历
2、一年以上的行政管理工作经验
3、能熟练使用办公软件，包括Excel、Word和PPT
4、中英口头表达和书面沟通能力良好
5、具有良好积极的工作态度和团队精神
6、具有良好的人际交往能力，善于协调各部门的关系
7、虚心好学，有进取精神
