Position Overview:

Guest Service Representative staff work at rostered booth locations and linkage events with the aim to generate qualified tours, qualified leads and qualified holiday packages in accordance with budgeted qualified tour established for each of Anantara Vacation Club Preview Centres.

Key Responsibilities and tasks:

• Maintain your personal hygiene and appearance, including your uniform to the Anantara Vacation Club Standards.
• Show up for rostered shifts 15 minutes early, notifying your Team Leader you are at work
• Stay for the duration of your rostered shifts, notifying Team Leader at completion of shifts with your Lead, Preview Centre & Package booking results.
• Be the face of the company in the marketplace at your designated work locations
• Be enthusiastic towards the company and the product.
• Know and work by the Company Values
• Know the REWARDS you are promoting to the public in appreciation of attending a preview.
• Know the Preview Centre locations and assist the prospect with maps and directions on how to get to their selected Preview Centre.
• Know the campaign codes for your designated booth location.
• Source and tie-up merchant partner for box programs.
• Weekly collection of leads at merchant outlets.
• Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure sufficient collateral is in good condition and working order by notifying your Team Leader
• Ensure your work location is neat and tidy.
• Strive to improve and enhance your skills in order to persuade prospects of attending a Cub preview
• Attend scheduled team meetings.
• Complete necessary paperwork for tour bookings generated during your designated shift
• Phone Marketing Administration with tour bookings generated during your designated shift.
• Call your booked guests the night prior to their preview date to confirm their attendance.
• Treat fellow staff and the public with courtesy and respect.

• Maintain minimum performance targets (KPI's) as detailed by the Marketing Management .

Key Performance Indicators:

Performance reviews will be conducted on a monthly basis and may require coaching programs to enhance skills and overall productivity. This position will be measured against the following criteria:

• Work the required shifts as outlined in your weekly roster.
• Display personal motivation and effort to assist in the smooth operations and profitable performance of all locations you are designated to work.
• Treat all company staff and external contacts courteously and respectfully to assist in maintaining a positive company image both within the company and in the public domain.
• Achieve specific monthly tour/ lead/ package sales goals as required in your Team’s budget.
