Reports to: Director of Marketing

Position Overview:

Guest Service Representative Supervisor oversee their designated Events and Promotions Team with the aim to generate qualified tours through package sales, day drive bookings, or leads in accordance with the budget. The Marketing Team Leader manages E&P staff and identifies, along with other Marketing Management, appropriate venues and events to build the E&P location schedule in line with qualified tour targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- In conjunction with Marketing Manager develops a schedule of locations, casual leases, trade shows and exhibitions.

- Identify new E&P opportunities.

- Contribute to the development of qualified tour targets within each location or event.

- Reviews estimated tour targets and identify areas of improvement.

- In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, implements new E&P Regions as required by AVC growth plan.

- Provide branded customer service to all location guests, including check-in/check-out assistance, recommendations, reservations etc.

- Liaise with Marketing Manager and Human Resources regarding recruitment advertisements for E&P staff.

- Interview, hire and/ or provide ongoing training and motivation for new E&P staff, in conjunction with the Marketing Management.

- Motivate and support E&P staff in accordance with directives set from the Marketing Management team to deliver qualified prospects to Company timeshare presentations.

- Monitor E&P representatives on sourcing and tying up merchant partner for box programs.

- Ensure E&P representatives perform weekly collection of leads at merchant outlets.

- Assist E&P representatives in engaging, qualifying, booking, and confirming guests.

- Assist in coordinating between E&P representatives and Marketing administration to ensure sold packages are converted into ‘card ran’ packages in a timely manner.

- Maintain minimum individual and team performance targets as detailed by the Marketing Management.

- Complete the E&P requirements of the AVC Compliance Plan (including E&P Location Reports, Mystery Shopping Reports, E&P training register, E&P meeting register and Incident reports)

- Implement location wide consistency for sites set ups and available resources at E&P/Promo locations in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.

- Ensure that E&P marketing materials are presented, transported and stored carefully and to high standard.

- Monitor E&P staff administrative tasks to ensure procedures remain uniform.

- Contribute ideas for the E&P Training Manual as tool to educate E&P representatives and update company procedural changes.

- Distribute E&P guidelines, responsibilities, role rationale and performance expectations to all E&P staff.

- Distribute and monitor a recruitment preformed for Marketing Manager to assist in the hiring and interview process of E&P representatives.

- Manage a training module checklist for E&P representatives, to be completed over the first month of their employment.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions with all E&P representatives.

- Ensure team meetings are conducted on a regular basis, with all E&P representatives in attendance.

Job Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.

- Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner.

- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change.

- Fluent in Cantonese and English/or Putonghua languages.
