Department: Marketing Department
Report to: Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for Shanghai Marketing and coordination of leads collected from road-shows and box programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and cooperate with Team Leader & GSR teams on daily raw leads collected from road show.
- Coordinate with Team Leader, GSR & merchant partners on collection and distribution of marketing collaterals and L/D slips.
- Tabulate the merchant list and provide to Team Leader & GSR for their weekly collection.
- Sort, batch and scan the raw data from road show and box program for data Entry Company.
- Update Marketing Manager on the Do Not Call list collected from the L/D slips weekly.
- Generate report on individual/location performance.
- Inform Call Centre the source and details of lead batch given to them for prospecting.
- Check stock on all marketing collaterals and inform Marketing Manager if need to reprint.
- Assist in filing contract, license and reports.
- Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the Team.
- Attend schedule team meetings.
Job Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
- Possess excellent communication skills due to contact with both internal and external guests.
- Organized, self-disciplined, focused, and accurate.
- Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times
