代招：某美资半导体巨头

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for design, develop and implement manufacturing quality system , product quality standards to meet the dedicated customer's requirements on quality.
Coordinate the customer spec transferring, product qualification activities relating to QA , customer audit , customer compliant /concerns handling , corrective & preventive actions following up , MRB activities etc.


Duties & Responsibilities: % Of Time

Generate relevant spec for inspection/monitoring requirements, provide necessary
guideline to line QA to ensure daily inspection/monitoring activities is suitable. 25 %

Coordinate quality improvement activities to ensure that products are built according to
the company and/or customer requirements. 10 %

Chair / coordinate MRB for disposition of nonconforming product, customer complaint/
Quality concerns handling etc . 10 %

Review product/process qualification requests / reports and ensure that product/process
Change are performed per the documented spec/procedures. 10 %

Generate dedicated quality report to specific customer as required, review the quality
performance and push continuous improvement for weak area. 15 %

Coordinate customer audit and prepare relevant documents, following up the
implementation of actions plan for customer audit findings and report the status to
management and customer site as necessary. 15 %

Conduct periodic audit on the corrective actions following up / ESD / DPM
Performance review and improvement etc. 10 %

Perform general administrative duties and other functions as assigned. 5 %



Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge: University or above

Experience: 2 years at quality or engineering field

External & Internal Contacts: operation /CS/QA dept. and other amkor sites or customers

Special Skills or Qualifications that are helpful: familiar with QS9000 , good English ability
