Job Responsibilities:
· Timely and regularly visit designers and architects to present Carlisle products and project application and organize seminars to extend business opportunities, identify opportunities to specify Carlisle system solutions
· Conduct target market survey & analysis, in qualitative and quantitative way
· Conduct competitor analysis , benchmark and suggest internal improvement space
· Conduct the market research, and analyze the industry-related information to propose the appropriate promotion resource
· Design and update all marketing materials (Catalog/Company Brochure/Promotion Materials/ PPT/DM/ /Brochures/TDS) according to business requirement.
· Work with sales team and client to understand the market dynamics
· Coordinates marketing events relating to customer events, workshop, training, exhibition, etc.
Job
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Marketing or Civil Engineering
· Good command of English, written and oral
· At least3 years' working experience in marketing or related sector;
· Sales or marketing background/experience preferable;
· High degree of computer literacy in all aspects of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint;
· Self motivated individual, personal drive with confident outgoing personality;
· Flexible and able to adopt new environment and new tasks
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
