Position: Test Product Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for new product introduction, yield improvement, test program optimization, specification generation, production sustaining and communicating with customer for technical items. Co-work with other groups to achieve excellence in product quality and yield.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Achieve NPI success by flawlessly doing readiness preparation, testing setup, device correlation, pilot running, data/yield analysis & reporting, program & spec releasing to production.

2. Achieve test yield goal by different approaches: Fix test program bug and optimize test program, reduce test system & hardware related overkill,

conduct reject failure analysis to dig out product and packaging related problem for improvement.

3. Generate and update specification when needed. Manage and control test program

4. Analyze and disposition hold lots in time.

5. Generate and manage golden/correlation units.

6. Communicate with customer for test technical items

7. Lead team to work on innovation project for product quality and yield improvement

8. Handle customer complain and provide efficient and effective corrective actions

9. Coach and guide Test Engineer.

Qualifications:

1. Education/Knowledge: Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.

2. Experience: Preferably >2 years experience in semiconductor industry. Familiar with 93K or Iflex or Uflex or J750 or AdvantestT5371/T5372/

T5581/T5581H/T2000

3. External & Internal Contacts: Customers, Equipment & Tooling Suppliers. Process Engineering, Quality, Equipment/Maintenance Engineering, CS, IE, PC and Production
