Over 600 in-house and 3,000 external language experts write, edit and translate texts in any language.

Translation Project Manager

For our Shanghai office, we are looking for a Project Manager to handle a series of key accounts as well as new and prospective clients. As a Project Manager you will liaise with clients, our sales team and both our in-house and external translators to ensure a smooth order flow and strict adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

? Manage execution and track completion of translation project deliverables

? Network and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project requirements

? Serve as a single point of contact for clients

? Perform project secretariat duties for key accounts and submit project statistics & updates

? Track budget and work closely with Finance Department to prepare monthly invoicing for both clients and vendors

? Ensure high quality, fast delivery times, and good service

Requirements

? University Degree / Diploma from a recognized Institution

? 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the area of project management / account servicing

? Relevant experience in the translation, localization and/or financial printing industry a plus

? Good command of English and Mandarin

? Good organization and coordination skills

? Able to commit to working afternoon-evening shift long-term

? Meticulous and highly responsible
