岗位职责：

1、完成潜在供应商的风险评估；

Do risk assessment for potential suppliers;

2、支持供应商先期质量策划；

Support suppllier to make APQP;

3、组织供应商培训：有关PPAP，GP5和GP12等内容；

Train suppliers in quality system, ex PPAP etc;

4、监督供应商PPM的表现，推动供应商PPM不断下降；

Supervise the PPM performance and push the supplier to continuously reduce the PPM;

5、协助解决供应商质量问题；

Support suppllier to solve any quality problem;

6、确保“生产件批准文件”按时递交；

Push supplier to submit the PPAP samples and documents;

7、维护供应商数据库和合格供应商清单的完整、正确，督促供应商取得质量体系认证；

Maintenance all informations in the AVL right and updated, push supplier to get the quality system certificate;

8、向采购部经理建议撤消不合格供应商；

Submit the proposal of cancelling the nonconformance supplier;

9、协助改进供应商的质量，降低成本；

Support to improve the quality level and reduce the cost;

10、协助解决采购件的质量问题。

Coordinate to solve the quality problem.

岗位要求：
1、材料、机械等工科相关专业本科及以上；

Bachelor or above, mechanical or material engineering prefered;
2、2年以上相关工作经验；

2+ years relative experience;

3、熟悉TS16949，APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA等质量管理工具；

Familiar with TS16949, quality management tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA etc;

4、熟悉冲压、注塑、模压、装配等加工制造的流程和工艺控制；

Familiar with the process of stamping, injection molding, molding and assemblying;

5、具有良好的供应商开发、管理能力和相应的质量体系运用能力；

Good supplier development and management ability, quality system application ability;

6、较强的沟通能力和表达能力，能用英语进行日常工作。

Strong communication and presentation capability, can use English in daily work.
