岗位职责：

1.负责供应商质量问题的解决；

Responsible for supplier quality to the solution of the problem;

2.快速反应并积极主动解决任何供应商质量问题，并有效预警；

Rapid reaction and actively solve any supplier quality problems, and effective early warning;

3.及时关闭相关质量问题（QPR）,并经常拜访供应商跟进问题解决情况；

Timely close related quality problems (QPR), and often visit suppliers to follow up problem's solving situation;

4.与生产部、工程部和采购部一起探讨和解决供应商的品质问题；

With the production department, engineering department and purchasing explore together and solve supplier quality;

5. 审核PPAP是否与技术要求相符；

Review whether PPAP and technical requirements consistent;

6.完成APQP/PPAP的的各项任务以满足公司各项目的顺利实施；

Complete APQP/PPAP all tasks in order to meet the company's various objective smooth implementation;

7.制定年度供应商PPM要求，并实时监控；

Set up the annual supplier PPM quality requirements, and real-time monitoring;

8.整理供应商质量问题并对供应商质量表现进行排名，督促不合格的供应商改进；

Finishing supplier quality problems and the supplier quality performance ranking, urged not qualified supplier improvement;

9.制定年度供应商审核计划，并按时对供应商进行年度过程审核，有效提升供应商质量体系；

Set up the annual supplier audit plan, and to audit suppliers annual process on time, effectively improve supplier quality system improvementsuppliers to improve their quality system;

10.完成质量经理安排的其他事宜。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，机械、材料等相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanic, materials and other related;

2.熟悉TS16949、五大质量工具及几何形位公差；

Familiar with TS16949, five quality tools and GD&T;

3.熟悉各类制造技术、生产流程、生产设备、统计技术和问题解决方法；

Familiar with all kinds of manufacturing technology, the production process, production equipment, statistical techniques, problem solving method;
4.3年供应商质量管理经验，汽车行业供应商管理工作经验更佳；

3 years in supplier quality management experience, having automobile industry supplier management working experience preferred;

5.能够适应经常出差；

Frequent traveling would be required;
6.英语听说读写流利，会德语者优先；

Fluent in English usage, German is preferred;
7.工作积极主动，有较强的沟通、协调能力，并具有团队合作精神。

Be proactive, have strong communication and coordination ability, team-work spirit.
