任职资格：

1、室内设计、建筑学专科以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验, 其中5年必须为连续酒店建筑项目详图设计及施工管理。

2、具备独立完成施工深化设计（熟练绘制施工图、节点图、详图等）的能力，对平、立、剖、节点大样的设计等制图熟练，并熟悉工程制图的规范要求.

3、施工现场经验丰富，具有3-5年连续施工现场管理，及施工现场详图设计经验。具备一定的装饰方案设计能力，了解材料及预算方面的知识。

4、英语读写精通.听说熟练.

5、拥有成功案例，对国家相关的行业规范有一定的了解。

6、有较强的沟通协调能力，具有较强的团队合作精神，对工作有责任心。

7、精通AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX，Sketch-up等绘图软件。

岗位职责：

1、负责组织单位工程各类专业的设计，与有关部门联系、接洽，解决各项设计问题；

2、负责项目施工图制作，室内装饰详图设计，家具详图，以及设计交底；

3、对于施工过程中的有关设计问题进行协调、解决；

4、完成部门经理交办的其他工作。
