职位描述

Main Mission :
Will be responsible for commercial management from target account penetration, early supplier involvement to supplier nomination. And assuming responsibility for achieving sales and profitability targets in target customer, securing their loyalty and supervising the quality of service rendered in accordance with guidelines established by the Sales manager. Keep communication with customers and project team and production plant.


Tasks
1. Explores, maintains and develops key customers to obtain 100% customer satisfaction so as to achieve responsible sales target;
2. Lead whole quote process like pursue project needs, customer expectation and prepare quotation with France technical team etc.
3. Define price strategy together with management and responsible sales negotiations including terms & conditions with customer.
4. Define and organize technical workshop or proposal during project bidding stage in cooperation with company's technical department
5. Collaborate with the project team to make sure successful transfer project after nomination
6. Maintain customer relationship, resolve continually commercial issue after project launched;
7. Collect market information in terms of industrial trend, market needs, product, customer as well as competitors
8. Participate in the preparation of the Annual Budget and marketing Strategies and marketing development Plan
9. Prepare and submit the documents in time as required by management.

Job Requirements (skills and experience)

1. At least 5 years in the automotive components sales related work experience is preference. Has OEM account management experience will be plus.
2. Bachelor degree in engineering background preferred;
3. Honest, high integrity with motivation and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Willing to interface with a customer and with various profiles/jobs at the customer (purchasing, quality, logistics, development)
5. Fluent English and Mandarin.
6. Frequent domestic or oversea travel based on project requirement.
