岗位职责:
1.As an inside sales representative, your primary responsibility is selling products to potential customers from within a sales office. Daily you will be emailing or speaking over the phone to potential customers or leads, prepare project documents, logging your corresponding in our internal CRM database.
任职资格:
1.学历:B.S.
2.资历:Very strong English communication skills required. Prior international inside sales experience is preferred but not required. Working experience in multinational corporations involving daily email communications is preferred but not required.
3.专业:Biology or biotechnology-related.
任职条件:
1.Exceptional oral and/or written communication skills with high level of confidence. Able to communicate effectively, logically and persuasively.
2.Think creatively and critically to be able to see and address clients’ needs.
3.Possess enough biology knowledge to understand company’s business. Highly proficient level computer skills.
4.Able to work in a high-speed and energetic atmosphere. Able to multitask. Target oriented and highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
业务内容:
1.Sell custom monoclonal antibody production services.
2.Determine the need and expectations for new customers. Generate new sales and repeating sales by giving product information and provide customer solutions.
3.Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects.
4.Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, reporting on market situation.
5.Cooperating with account managers, technical supports and customer service in ensuring the project and delivery commitments to clients are met.
