职位描述
Responsibilities
Finance
1、Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
2、Assist Office Manager on payments and related administrative work (i.e going to the bank to withdraw cash, submitting necessary application forms to taxation bureaus etc.)
3、Checks, corrects and maintains a variety of financial and other business records and documents
Administration
1、Maintain the general filing system and file all appropriate correspondence
2、Assist in the planning and preparation of company travel, outings, and conferences
3、Maintain an adequate inventory of office and pantry supplies – on time and on budget
4、Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund
5、Continually monitor and maintain the safety, cleanliness, and security of the office environment
6、Ensure that the Office Ayi is productive and achieving goals for the company (hygiene, cleaning, safety, etc.)
7、Proactively work with Management and staff to keep the office and all storage areas clean, tidy, and well organized
8、Assist Office Manger on cost control by preparing necessary documents
9、Prepare and submit necessary documents to assigned organizations/parties in the administration processes
10、 Ensure CEO gets his bubble tea at noon everyday (not a joke)
Human Resource
1、Administer and assist employees in leave applications, and keeping updated records which are to be communicated to the Operations Director in a timely manner
2、Maintain the HR calendar to ensure probation reviews, contract renewal, performance appraisals, visa renewals and HR deadlines are completed on time
3、Organize and maintain employee files by ensuring all information (attendance, leaves, punctuality) is accurate and up-to-date
4、Administer employee department transfer process and exit process for employees leaving the company
5、Support the Operations Director to develop and deliver Standard Operating Procedures, Forms, Templates, and employee training sessions for key processes in Human Resources
6、Represent the company to demonstrate company values at all times, especially in challenging situations such as employee conflict
