Primary Responsibility基本职责

1.Support, maintain and enhance Factory Applications and all clients’ application assigned by IT Manager.

负责支持，维护，更新IT经理指派的相关系统应用。

2.Responsible for software development lifecycle activities, including system study, analysis, design, code, test and deployment.

执行软件开发过程的相关工作，例如：需求分析，设计，代码编写及测试。

3.Work directly with customers or project team members to identify business requirements and help define project scope, objectives, and plans accordingly.

面对客户或作为项目成员，对业务需求进行了解及识别并制定相关应用开发的范围，目标及计划。

4.Develop software applications for customers across a variety of platforms and user interfaces.

负责正对不同应用平台的应用开发

5.Provide technical consultation for new system development and enhancement of existing systems.

为新系统及现有系统的更新升级提供技术解决方案。

6.Prepare programming specification, perform software application testing and implementation

编写程序开发的技术说明及执行软件测试和实施。

7.Provide technical support and training to customers.

协调开发团队及用户的有效沟通。

8.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.

接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。

9.Commitment to safety, give priority to safety and take precaution to prevent accidents at work.

认真执行“安全第一、预防为主”的安全生产方针，自觉遵守各项安全生产制度和规定，做到不伤害自己、不伤害他人、不被他人伤害

10.Strictly adhere to safety rules and responsibility.

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求

1.University degree with Major in Computer Science or above

计算机信息技术相关专业本科毕业及以上。

2. 3 Years or above software development experiences

3年及以上软件开发经验

3.Preferably skill(s): XML, .net, Visual C#, Web Servers, SQL for Oracle database, MS SQL,

VB.Net

掌握以下开发工具的一种或几种：XML, .net, Visual C#, Web Servers, SQL for Oracle database, MS SQL, VB.Net。

4.Strong analysis and problem solving skills.

较强的问题分析及解决能力。

5.Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a small team

能够独立工作或在项目小组展开良好的协作。

6.Passion for software quality and excellence in software engineering

致力于良好的质量交付的软件工程。

7.Strong verbal and written communication will all levels of people in English & Chinese

较强的中英文书面及口头表达能力。

8.Resourceful, creative, open-minded and eager to learn

善于利用各种资源来完成工作，富有创新，开放及渴望学习。

9.Good Knowledge of Lotus Notes application, K2, SOA design concept, Cloud Computing, BI is advantageous
