岗位描述

1、负责软件项目实施现场的全过程管理；

2、指导实施人员进行软硬件环境安装、调优；

3、解决实施疑难问题；

4、编制项目实施计划；识别和控制项目风险；有效把握项目实施过程和实施质量；

5、负责项目资料的编写、收集、整理、归档；

6、保持良好的客户关系，协助完成验收/回款和移交工作；

职位要求

1、大专以上学历，计算机专业优先。

2、3年及以上软件项目实施经验（有大型项目实施经验者优先，具备医疗行业背景者优先）；其中从事项目管理经验不少于2年或不少于3个项目

3、积极主动，能够出差，承受压力能力强。

4、熟悉oracle、sql server数据库编程，SQL语句书写能力较强。

5、熟悉.net c#编程语言。了解PDA开发的基础概念。

6、了解基本的网络知识，能够排除常见网络故障。

7、具备IIS、SQL Server配置、性能调优能力。

8、学习能力强；性格开朗，形象气质好；沟通交流能力强的优先。

Job description
1, responsible for the whole process management of on-site implementation of software project;
2, to guide the implementation of personnel environment of hardware and software installation, tuning;
3, the implementation of difficult problems to solve;
4, prepare project implementation plan; identify and control the project risk; effective grasp the project implementation process and quality;
5, responsible for project data preparation, collection, collation, archiving;
6, keep good relationship with customers, assist in the completion of acceptance / payment and transfer the work;

Job requirements
1, college degree or above, computer major is preferred.
Experience on the implementation of 2, 3 years or above (experience in software project implementation of large-scale projects is preferred, experience in medical industry background is preferred); which engaged in project management experience of not less than 2 years and not less than 3 projects
3, proactive, able to travel, ability to work under pressure.
4, familiar with Oracle, SQL Server database programming, SQL language writing ability.
5, familiar with.Net c# programming language. Understand the basic concepts of PDA development.
6, understand the basic network knowledge, can eliminate the common network breakdown.
7, with IIS, SQL Server configuration, performance tuning ability.
8, strong learning ability; character cheerful, good image; communication ability is preferred.
