Position: Remittance Officer, Headquarter (Outsourced terms)

Responsibilities:

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of responsible product daily operation by adhering to internal procedure and regulatory requirement
Process inward/outward transactions in respectively system
Scan generated documents from system to Branch on own respective txns at EOD
Tidy up settled file or outstanding file with daily reconciliation at EOD
Timely escalate & follow up in case of exceptional cases.
Ensure prepare daily/monthly/ volume report to Adm.team in time.
Assist lead in supporting new business development and new product launch.
Help lead to complete any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.At least 2 years'experience in remittance operation in foreign banks
3.Familiar with operation procedure for both FCY and CNY
4.Excellent spoken and written English
5.Good interpersonal and communication skill
