岗位要求：
1、参与制定公司发展战略与年度经营计划
2、组织制定并实施生产战略规划
3、主持制定、调整年度生产计划和预算，综合平衡年度生产任务，制定下达月度生产计划，做到均衡生产。
4、组织制定公司产品质量标准、工艺路线、操作规程，领导建立和完善质量管理制度，组织实施并监督，检查生产质量体系的运行。
5、随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态 ，协调各部门间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产出现的问题。
6、组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用和推广，建立良好的生产管理和技术培训体系，确保本部门员工都经过必要的上岗前培训和继续培训
7、批准与生产操作相关的各种工艺规程，组织落实、监督调控生产过程中的工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等。
8、组织相关人员对产品成本进行合理评估，建立数据库，协助财务部门制定产品价格体系，设备保持良好状态。
9、领导、管理工厂维护部门对工厂基础设备进行维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产
10、指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，根据公司制度和考核方法对员工进行考核和奖惩，创造良好的工作氛围，充分调动部门员工的创造力和工作热情。
11、按照工作程序做好与各部门的横向联系和协作。
任职资格：
学 历：大专以上
专 业：工程、机械、制冷、暖通类
专业经验：十年以上冷冻机械类企业生产现场管理经验，至少3年以上总监的 工作经历。
能力要求：熟悉冷冻机械制造业生产过程、质量控制标准和方法，有良好的生产经营理念，相当的判断、计划、执行能力，能够组织带领团队高效的运行。踏实敬业，有较强的抗压能力。
