职位描述

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Create and deliver core classroom training to Development Agents, Field Consultants, Franchisees, Multi Unit Owners, and/or Managers to provide them with the skills necessary to maximize sales and profitability. Support the learning and professional development of HQs/Regional/Local Office Team Members. Provide Training to support the current Strategic Plan, Company initiatives and Regional needs. Bring Learning, Training and Professional Development to all learners in the Region with Classroom Delivery, SUBWAY Conferencing Center, Univeristy of SUBWAY, remote training, and other delivery methods
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide excellent customer service to Franchisees. Managers, Field Consulantants, Development Agents, Worldwide Training staff, FWH employees, in-store trainers, and others requesting training information or services. Develop strong working relationships in order to effect positive change and enhance the reputation of SUBWAY and Worldwide Training. Market training offerings to increase compulsory participation, elective attendance, and overall interest in training opportunities.
COURSE CONTENT: Develop an area of expertise within the core course materials. Stay current on changes to products, policies and procedures and incorporate into the design of existing course materials as directed with the direction from Worldwide Training Contribute to the design of curriculum plans and offerings to ensure that all training is current, educationally sound, and addresses the needs of the audience. Obtain additional certifications to increase the number of offerings in the local training center including MUO Seminar and Field Consultant Course.
DELIVERY METHODS: Deliver training to facilitate core course offerings using Adult Learning techniques. Use SUBWAY Conferencing center and other delivery menthods extend the reach and impact of training in order to supports department, region or company initiatives. Capitalize on opportunities to market training and extend the reach of teaching fundementals and new initiatives through publications and communications including STS articles.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT: Teach for proficiency through Quizzes, Exams and Projects:administering, scoring, and reporting grades in a timely manner. Provide feedback on performance issues, communicate concerns, and escalte as appropriate to the individuals supervisor/management (for a franchisee, their Development Agent; for a manager their Franchisee, etc). Administer the Field Equivalency Exam and Retests as necesary. Monitor the effectiveness of courses by analyzing performance and feedback through surveys. Monitor and evaluate guest presenter facilitations providing coaching and feedback.
LOCALIZATION/TRANSLATIONS: Translate content into local/regional language while maintaining the SUBWAY messaging, culture and meaning. Regionalize and localize materials as appropriate to meet operational standards in the market with approval from Worlwide Training management. Review existing materials translations for accuracy. Effectively track and communicate these changes to Worldwide Training Department.
TRAINING RESTAURANTS: Identify, certify and maintain an appropriate number of local restaurants to be used for Franchisee Training. Visit training stores and evaluate the level of operations and effectiveness of the trainer. Organize monthly or quarterly meetings for in-store trainers for ongoing professional development and calibration.
UNIVERSITY OF SUBWAY: Provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) contributions to e-learning for generating new potential courses and materials. Maintain existing course content and translations asapplicable including pre-requisite courses. Work with other departments to advance overall learning, goals, and offerings including increasing the number of web based course completions in the region.
ADMINISTRATION & HOUSEKEEPING: Maintain effective and timely communication with Training Administration staff andMilford HQ to ensure all proper procedures are followed including registration, record retention, on-boarding, grading, etc. Organizaing and hosting Graduation Dinners. Complete Monthy Trainers Report.
REGIONAL OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: Additional Regional Office responsibilities may be assigned based on local needs and overall assessment of the time needed for training responsibilities.
SELF-DEVELOPMENT: Apply designated training programs to develop new skills. Participate in all scheduled training classes, including Conference calls. Available to travel on an occasional basis to training sessions in Milford, other training centers, field meetings, conventions, and/or staff meetings
