The branding team educates the customers, the sales team sells to the customers, the account managers supports the customers, and the moderators deliver for the customers. Together we deliver better solutions for all brands wanting to connect with China.

Account Moderator.

Job Description.

It’s your job to ensure our customer’s brands are being represented just as they would like. Customer’s social media are reviewed by you for any potentially harmful language or context and approved by the moderation team before being published. This role requires an acute attention to detail, intuition and proactive wisdom.

Responsibilities.

1、Review customer social media posts for any potentially harmful language and report any concerns

2、Provide weekly summary reviews of language and trending words

3、Work together in teams and ensure effective translation and approval of each social media post

4、Create research documents, trending summaries of online behavior and support sales teams

5、Study each customer social media accounts for any potential problems or difficult language.

Follow the Kawo social media work flow and be accountable for its delivery

Following each shift report on basecamp: total posts made, Total flagged, any comments or difficult words.

Salary.

4,000 RMB gross of all taxes and insurance.
