Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Lead cross function teams in resolution of product trouble and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process.
2.Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis as well as root cause analyses with a team of people; oversee the implementation of the corrective measures.
3.Support companywide quality improvement programs.
4.Support tracking and organization of quality data to proactively identify potential quality issues.
5.Provide engineering support to quality improvement programs and new sourcing change management.

Qualification and Experience:
1.Bachelor Degree (minimum) in Mechanical Engineering.
2.At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an MNC environment, preferably in Refrigeration or HVAC industry.
3.Strong leadership and international skills with an eye for details.
4.Familiarity with electrical systems and how they function will be an advantage.
5.Familiarity with operating of the refrigeration system would be considered an advantage.
6.Good communication and hands-on skills are a must.
7.Middle written and Middle spoken English required.
8.Advanced level of using MS office software is required
