职位描述
岗位职责：
1、定期组织公司的财务分析工作；
2、编写各类预算分析报告和绩效评价报告，进行各类预测与分析；
3、反映和分析经营情况，预算执行情况，资金运行、费用控制情况，反映经营中存在的风险和问题；
4、在贯彻执行公司的预算管理、成本管理和分析评价体系的同时，根据项目业务的特殊性充实并完善各项管理报表；
5、完成领导交办的其它事宜。
任职资格：
1、大学本科或以上学历，财务、会计类相关专业，男女不限；
2、5年以上相关岗位经验，熟悉财务业务流程；熟悉工厂成本控制者优先
3、能熟练使用财务工具对企业经营进行分析；
4、工作主动积极，沟通能力强，思维敏捷；
5、熟练使用Microsoft software，特别是EXCEL 以及 PPT；熟悉金蝶系统者优先
