Detail Job Descriptions:
Purpose
To achieve the highest level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers. Striving to achieve goals and objectives set within the department with the emphasis on quality and efficiency. Maintenance of the Consignment related aspects of the Customer Service Department
Responsibilities
? Ensure a high level of professionalism is met when interacting with both internal and external customers.
? Ensuring Customer Consignment Agreements are updated and monthly consignment stocktakes are carried out and reported.
? All employees must take reasonable care for his/her own safety and for the health & safety of anyone else who may be affected by his or her acts or omissions at the workplace.
? All employees must cooperate with his or her employer with respect to any action taken by the employer t comply with any requirements imposed by or under the OH&S Act, such as reporting of hazards and accidents, using supplied protective clothing and equipment and using safe work practices.
? Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements.
Tasks
? Process Consignment Agreements
? Issue consignment stock reports
? Process and maintain consignment orders.
? Processing customer orders.
? Answering customer queries.
? Chasing up customer orders.
? Creating backorder reports.
? Initiate the process of return goods.
? Identify and suggest improvements for Customer Service (consignment related).
? Continually evaluate and develop consignment procedures that are required as part of our quality system. Guaranteeing compliance to the quality system while ensuring continued efficiencies are gained but not disadvantaging the customer.
? Other duties may be directed from time to time.
Qualification / Experience/ Skills Required:
? Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
? Excellent phone manner.
? Good communication skills.
