1 PERMARY PURPOSE本职位基本目的:
To ensure that all molds are well maintained according to the production requirements and technical requirement

To ensure the maintenance of the molding machine and periphery equipments
注塑设备及以及其他辅助设备的保养
To replace the molding operator in case of absence and big order
在特殊情况下， 操作生产设备

2 POSITION RESPONSIBIITY本职位主要职责:
Main Responsibilities (Main job for the position) 主要职责
· Mold maintenance after production: 生产之后的模具保养
Cleaning and greasing: According to the specificities of each mold, clean and grease all major part of the mold
清洗和加油; 根据各个模具零部件的具体特征，进行清洗和添加润滑油。
Check: to check the different major parts of mold in order to maintain the good functionality.
检查：检查各个不同的模具零部件确保维护其工作正常。
·Mold annual maintenance: 年度模具保养
Cleaning: to clean and grease all parts of the mold according to the mold annual maintenance planning,
清洗; 根据模具年度保养计划，对模具的所有零部件进行清洗或添加润滑油
Check: to check all parts of mold
检查：检查模具的所有零部件。

· Molding production: 注塑生产
To ensure the maintenance of all periphery connections between mold and injection machine, except electrical connection.
确保模具和注塑机之间的各种水路，油路连接（除电路）正常。
· Mold spare part: 模具备件
To manage the inventory of mold spare parts and working with mold manufacturer, or other supplier for the replacement, rework or repairer of the parts
管理模具备件的库存，与模具制造商就零件置换，返工或修理进行沟通，。
· Periphery equipments maintenance: 辅助设备的维护
Maintenance: follow up the maintenance of all periphery equipment of molding production to ensure the normal functions of the equipment, working together with equipment supplier for malfunction or equipment personalization, repair the equipment,
维护; 对模具生产过程中所有辅助设备的维护和保养，确保设备运行正常，与设备制造商就有关设备故障及设备维护进行沟通
Improvement: capable of optimizing the performance the equipment by modification
改进：改进并能够使设备运行最优化。
Spare parts inventory: manage the mold and equipments spare parts inventory
设备零部件的库存：管理模具和设备零部件的库存。
Changing Production Mold: to assistant if necessary during the changing of mold.
更换模具;如有必要，在模具更换时予以协助。
To contribute to productivity, continuous improvement and site management with production.
在生产中需帮助提高生产效率，并不断改进以及现场的管理
Reduce changing time (including changing mold and changing color)
减少更换时间（包括更换模具及颜色）
Reduce scrap rate and control material consume
减少废品率及对原材料消耗进行有效控制
Organize working schedule of molding department
安排注塑部的生产排班
Implement molding machine & affiliated machine daily maintenance & quick repair.
对注塑机及其他辅助设备进行日常保养及快速修理
Control site 5s in order to establish perfect working environment to ensure production and quality
实施现场5s管理，为确保生产及质量提供良好的生产环境
Be able to propose the solution when our molding production or mold has some technical issues.
针对注塑成产中出现的模具技术问题提供建设性的解决方案.

3. JOB RELATED TO THE CANDIDATE PROFILE 本职位所需条件:

Experience: (Number of years, business sector, and type of previous jobs…) 经验要求:
· Over five years working experience in molding workshop, or in mold maker company with main responsibilities on mold maintenance. With potential on electricity and hydraulic notion.
· 在模具车间里有超过5年工作经验，或者具有在模具制造公司并主要负责模具保养的工作经验。具备电路和液压初步原理的了解。

Skills: (What the candidate should already know before joining) 技能要求:
· Be familiar with injection process, and master the structure of molding tools,
· 熟悉注塑生产工艺，精通注塑模具结构。
· Be familiar with injection machine and parametering
· 熟悉注塑机及其参数
· Be familiar with different molding periphery equipments
· 熟悉各种模具的辅助设备
· Can Read a mold plan
· 能读懂并理解模具样图。
· Capable of doing mold assembling or disassembling with methodology
· 能够按部就班对模具进行装配和分拆。
· Communication capacity in oral and written English and office software
具有英语口语和书写能力，熟悉办公软件。
· Auto CAD will be a plus
会Auto CAD 者优先考虑。

· know the auto-machine knowledge about assembly 熟悉装配自动机械知识优先
