Role and responsibilities:
1. Prepare and execute marketing routine work and specific project
a) Implement the annual marketing plan in order to achieve business objectives within timing and budget constraints
b) Maintain and optimize official website regularly
c) Initiate and organize visual merchandising and design program in line with annual marketing strategy and annual calendar
d) Maintain effective communication with internal and external supporting personnel to ensure their commitment to the attainment of the assigned objectives

2. Trade marketing
a) Update rolling sales forecast by 12 months, analysis and monitor sales trend in channel
b) Plan and execution channel animation within timing and budget constraints
c) Prepare marketing materials and tools to ensure could be delivered in the right time and quality
d) Initiate and manage display and exposure projects that complement marketing strategy and ensure sales volume in channel
e) Implement effective daily communication with key channel
f) Work closely with FC (field coach) for all activities implementation and follow-up

3. Play a key supporting role to the Marketing Manager to enable the successful implementation of marketing strategies and plans

Qualification and competencies:
- University degree graduate major in Marketing/Business or equivalent, preferably with international cosmetic brand experience
- Working experience:
- At least 3 years experience in marketing including sales experience, marketing plan execution, knowledge of all functions critical to support of Marketing manager. Experience in multi-national cosmetic company is a plus.

- Good commercial marketing sense and understanding on consumer behavior
- Sensitive to numbers
- Strong PPT and excel skills
- Language:
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both in written and spoken

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate
