1. Responsibilities

As the Import & Export Specialist, you will:

- Shall organize forwarder and ensure prompt arrival of raw material and products to appointed places.

- According to the requirement from purchasing and demand management department to process free tax procedure with Customhouse for equipment.

- With responsibility for Bonded Menue balance, and ensure that the management of bounded materials meet relevant regulations.

- To coordinate work with government departments such as the Customhouse and the Commodity Inspection Bureau, etc.

- To control the freight cost to ensure that company maintain the lowest cost of sourcing. And auditing final accounting of expenditure by monthly.

- To make all of shipping documents for shipment.

- To establish a finished merit system in a rut for forwarder, and supervise the forwarder and Customs broker do well in service.

- To do well in foreign exchange balance with finance officer.

- Others.;

2. Qualifications

- College education in International trade or logistic management.

- 3 years experience in import and export.

- Know the import and export processes and policy.

- Able to handling emergencies independently.

- Do well in English reading and writing.

- With a strong sense of responsibility and program.

- Good coordination.;
