1. Responsible for QA supervisor
2. Responsible assistance for office chair documents, quality compliance and continuous improvement.
3. Further development and implementation of quality manual and processes.
4. Communicate strict adherence to quality, CSR and environmental standards.
5. Responsible for factory audits.
6. Assistant to analyze on acceptable quality level when doubt or disagreements exist.
7. Ensure customer claims/complains are analyzed and responded to.
8. Assistant suppliers to solve process/quality problems by making solutions for improvement.
9. Stay informed and actively communicate customer standards and test protocols to related quality team.

1. 向QA supervisor进行工作汇报。
2. 协助制定办公椅类家具的文件、质量要求并持续改进。
3. 持续改进并严格执行质量手册及流程。
4. 严格遵守并传达质量标准，企业社会责任和环境标准。
5. 负责验厂。
6. 协助分析解决有争议的质量问题。
7. 分析并协助回复客户投诉。
8. 帮助供应商解决质量问题并协助制定持续改进方案。
9. 积极与客户沟通质量标准，并及时和质量团队探讨测试可行性。
