工作职责：

1. Contact with local suppliers for cargo in & out. Arrange the cargo in & out together with warehouse workers, subcontracted suppliers, trucking company and shipping coordinator;

2. Record accurately in & out data , updating the system and preparing the inventory or in &out report as request;

3. Plan the inspection and coordinate between the shipping coordinator, inspector and client in order to realize the inspection smoothly;

4. Responsible for the inventory of warehouse;

5. Be in charge of supervision of container stuffing in factory if requested; fill related supervision report if request;

6. Help warehouse supervisor in the management of the warehouse, such as worker management, warehouse administration, new workers training, etc;

7. Be the backup to the other staff in the warehouse according to instruction for any special case.

8. Any other task if required.

要求：
- 有一年以上出口操作经验，熟悉出口运输操作流程（海运)。熟悉拼箱操作，报关单证、清关文件的处理优先；
- 英语读写熟练， 较强的中文沟通能力；
- 大专以上学历；
- 熟悉WMS系统尤佳；
- 熟悉MS office和基本软件操作，对IT help desk方面有兴趣者尤佳；
- 细心、仔细，有很强的责任心, 能在压力下独立处理事务；

备注：仓库位于浦东临港新城，公司提供班车，班车在地铁站1号线锦江乐园站附近等候，家住闵行，徐汇，南汇者优先；
