Description of main activities:

· Manages construction activities of projects on behalf of the PROJECT TEAM of COMPANY.

· Assigns and approves project resources and tasks in co-operation with the Project Manager and Head of Departments. Arranges and manages external personnel for construction supervision activities.

· manage contractual interfaces between project partners and resolves conflicts

· Ensures that all contractual and legislative procedures and policies concerning construction are rigorously applied.

· Supports projects of the company on commissioning and construction issues.

· Contributes to project proposals and reviews to ensure correct propagation and preservation of company knowledge.

· take care of appropriate project control and reporting towards the clients and also internally

· take care of maintaining the actual status (schedule, performance, resources and costs)

· evaluate project implementation, to prepare construction record and project document on site.

· Supports project proposals (tenders) from project development and pre-qualification to presentation with clients, incl. project implementation offer, successful negotiation and contracting

· Quality control of works to be executed by subcontractor for the project execution. Collect & compile quality records, quality related documents.

· Shall evaluate the work program proposed by the subcontractor and the approved QC procedures.

· Shall check the measuring & testing equipments to be used for the work and testing as well as the qualification of the subcontractor’s labour forces.

· Shall closely monitor the compliance of all QC activities as per the approved procedures. Assess & highlight the risks related to quality, identify & control of nonconforming materials, equipment, activities and take corrective action for the same.

· Coordination with other concerned department for smooth running of work and liaise with subcontractor, owner and other external agencies/third party involved.

· Shall prepare/review the work progress and the quality statistics on the subcontractor.

· Assist in preparation, review & verification of procedures, method statements, technical specifications and other quality related documents (e.g. WPS, PQR, WPQ, ITP, NDT, weld map & traceability, PMI, material test certificates etc.)

Arrangement of inspection calls, ensure timely conducting of QC checks & inspection of incoming, in-process, field & final inspections, mechanical installations of vessels/equipments/piping as per QA/QC plan and approved ITP.
