工作职责：
Job Description：
1. 负责面包房所有的工作事项，包括生产、营运、成本控制和培训员工
in charge of bakery all workings, including product, operation, cost control and training staff
2. 每天工作的合理安排和分配，及时处理出现的问题
daily works assignment, deal with all kinds of problems on time
3. 对面包房的商品质量和卫生情况负责
be responsibility of bread quality and hygiene
4. 根据每日的生产量合理安排生产计划，并做好销售和生产的汇报工作
according to daily production plan, arrange the staff and cost control and need to report to line manager on time

职位要求：
Job requirement
1.至少十年五星级酒店和大型连锁超市的工作经验
at least 10 years working experience of 5 stars hotel or hypermarket
2.熟悉西式面包、西点的制作方法和制作流程
be familiar with the process of western bread and pastry
3. 英语熟练
English speaking is available
4. 有面包房管理经验和团队管理经验
has the experience of bakery management and team management
5. 项目经理交代的其他工作
any other jobs assigned by line manager
