College/University trained in international business, international trading and related fields, highly motivated and can work indepedently.

Knowledge in sales commercial process, such as billing, invoicing, shipping and contracting. Dealing with international customers.

have ability to prepare commercial parts of bidding documents, quotations, contract and price our products & services based on company guideline.

have excellent ability to communicate with international customers on all business issues, such as shipping schedule, contract terms etc.

be able to work in a small team of commercials to perform all export sales related work and excise commercial control.

be able to organize customer data, quotation data, contract data and prepare all sales related reports and do sales related analysis on timely & regular base.

be able to coordinate with other departments of the company, such as production department and engineering department.

familiar with laws & government regulations on import/export business. be able to dealing with government offices, such as export permit, custom office.

be able to use english in daily work (email, quotation, reports and telephone conference etc.) and communicate with international customers.
