| College/University trained in electrical, or electrical power engineering, highly motivated and can work indepedently. |
| can be trained to work in medium voltage instrument transformer industry in R&D or engineering field. Dealing with international customers. |
| have ability to design customer applications by using medium voltage instrument transformer. |
| have ability to diagnose technical problems on medium voltage instrument transformer application at sites and prepare a report. |
| be able to work independently, such as make a design, select product from catelog, with limited supervision. |
| be able to prepare quotation and product selection based on customer technical specification, and communicate with customers. |
| be able to coordinate with other colleagues in the company, such as production planner and sales commercials. |
| have knowledge on major medium voltage instrument transformer suppliers and their products. |
| be able to use english in daily work (email, quotation, reports and telephone conference etc.) and communicate with international customers. |
