Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all bank accounts for GroupM China
• Prepare the documents for new bank account opening
• Open and maintain the online-banking system
• Work with bank to prepare the loan contract
• Work with AP team to prepare vendor contract/booking order/invoice according to different bank request
• Prepare the application form for call deposit
• Key contact with banks
• Assist in Cash flow management
• Prepare daily cash report
• Prepare AR collection and payment tracking report
• Monitor the cash/bank activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
• Knowledge of company basic financial operations, especially familiar with cash/bank and accounts payable operations.
• Solid finance/accounting knowledge
• Hard-working, careful and self-motived
• Fluent in English and mandarin
• Disciplined work ethic with a high standard of excellence
