招聘职位：Sr. IT Support Engineer 高级信息系统工程师

工作地点：上海市陆家嘴金融中心-博思格钢铁中国区总部

Responsibility

· Lead and implement national wide project to 9 sites in China

· Administration of Win-tel server including Exchange, SQL, MOSS and etc.

· Provide strong support to other team for project delivery and daily operations

· Administration of LAN, Storage and Server Virtualization

· Support on DR, Backup operations in BlueScope Steel China.

· Reporting and Documentation on IT Operations and Project implementation

· Security and Anti-virus Control Effectiveness, work with these teams to continually improve LAN/WAN service security and performance, fulfill auditor’s requirements.

· Provide IT services to ~60 PC users at China Headquarter, both local and expatriate (VIP) Compliance and Governance

Experience required

· At least 5 years experience in IS/IT area, preferably IT expertise in global company.

· Technical knowledge of LAN/WAN, PC and Windows AD / server, ITIL knowledge is preferred

· Experience with Email server administration.

· Experience with VMWare (Optional)

· Experience of writing of SOP and user manual.

· Knowledge of trouble shooting, systems operation including job control procedures and system administration.

Qualification required

· An honors degree from a recognized institute or university in Computer Science with computer systems operations, support, procedures management/implementation exposure.
