临床试验助理（CTA）职位介绍：

负责向临床研究部门提供各方面的支持，还将参与不同临床项目的管理工作。

岗位职责：

1. 协助项目团队进行与临床试验相关文件及物品的准备，分发，归档。

2. 协助项目经理安排项目会议或培训。

3．负责收发与法规部门和IRB的来往文函

4. 安排部门成员出差和住宿

5. 协调项目及办公用供应的物流跟踪

6. 对项目相关的文件的翻译

7. 普通文员工作，包括复印，打印， 装订，传真，寄信和归档

资质要求：

1. 医学或生命科学相关专业本科及以上学历

2. 一年以上相关工作经验

3. 具有一定的电脑操作水平，能熟练使用word，excel。powerpoint，网络，并进行电子文件的管理工作

4． 有效的管理时间和组织能力
