Position: Contract Administer, Asia Pacific ADN, Intermediates

Report to: Senior Business Manager, Asia Pacific ADN, Intermediates

Location: Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

- Administrate the execution of ADN contracts in Asia Pacific;

- Act as a key liaison with key customers;

- Develop in-depth understanding about the operational status; demand forecast; re-stock shipment plan; delivery schedule and products inventory status of key customers;

- Work closely with finance team to determine/finalize the monthly ADN prices and inform customers accordingly;

- Work closely with regional supply/logistics team to determine shipment replenishment plans so as to ensure customer order fulfillment;

- Monitor ADN inventory level at bulk terminal and keep track on the arrival schedule of incoming shipment;

- Supervise the terminal service provider to work in accordance with INVISTA requirements.

Required experience & skills:

- At least 5 years solid experiences in customer services/logistics/import & export or related field;

- Knowledge in L/C processing; Supply chain Management; SAP Sales & Delivery Module experience;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;

- Good networking skills and can work well in a matrix organization;

- Able to influence and embrace changes quickly;

- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, logistics or other related fields;

- Write and speak English proficiently, in addition to Chinese.

- MNC experience

- Knowledge/experience on chemical trading & handling
