Responsible for:

To manage the running orders

Assist the sales manager in booking new orders .

Travel sometimes within china if needed.

To write emails to buyers giving them the details for all the follow ups or any matters related to the pending or new orders.

To check for pending payments from buyers and push them to send on time.

To request for payments to supplier after getting the payments from buyers.

Once get payments from buyers to enter it in the systems.

Giving Status report to the Sales Manager and Clients on a weekly basis

Getting information from 2nd support staff and if needed to follow up with the factory for running orders status

Job Description:

Qualifications

1. Should be a person willing to work sincerely.

2. Should be eager to learn new skills.

3. Should be well organized.

4. Should know how to manage time productively.

5. Should be fluent in written and oral English

6. Should have good written and oral communication skills.

7. Should be able to use computer.should have knowledge of computer programs like Outlook, Word and Excel.

8. Should have clear and bold voice

9. Should be comfortable in dealing with people from different countries/cultures.

10. Should have firm personality, should be confident, should be self dependent and should be helpful! Should be proud of her work but should be polite
