Summary Description

This position is a Senior Technical Consultant with Experian.
This is a client-facing position dedicated in data warehouse, BI and
Strategic/General analysis supporting area in banking industry.

Key Areas of
Responsibility

• Provide professional
  service on enterprises data warehouse solution for customers in banking
  industry base on the data warehouse implementation methodology.
• Strongly support on the
  Banking business related work especially on business requirement analysis,
  data modeling, application design and development.
• Provide thought
  leadership, technical and industry expertise to clients that will
  contribute to innovative business solutions.
• Assist in building
  relationships with business customers in the client organization
• Anticipate
  functional/industry/technical issues and develop sound strategies which
  are accepted by the client.

Education and
Experience Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Master
  degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or other
  related fields.
• At least 8 years continuous
  experience in bank industry, focus on Data Warehouse System . At least 5
  years’ experience of acting as the core designer for this kind of data
  mart system.
• Good verbal and written
  English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Rich business knowledge in
  personal banking, cooperate banking and card business and familiar with
  the data model and data in these systems.
• More than 5 years
  experience in RDBMS application development. With the experience in RDBMS
  modeling , includes 3NF and star-schema .
• Familiar with various data
  warehouse platform and BI tools, on-hand experience is a plus .
• Rich experience and strong
  skills in communication and presentation is a must.
• Self-motivated, Willing to
  take on, good teamwork .
• Can work independently and
  under hard pressure.
• Learn fast and high
  interest of pursuing a consulting career
• Excellent project
  management and interpersonal skills
