Procurement Professional / Merchandiser – Shanghai, China

Neon Orient (SH) Co., Ltd is a Shanghai based procurement organization for one of Europe's largest specialist importer of stationery products. Our customer base includes many of Europe's leading stationery manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers.

We are currently seeking a Procurement Professional/Merchandiser to join our team in Shanghai, China.

Job description:

• Order procurement including negotiations with various suppliers, mainly located in China.
• Issuing and supervising orders for delivery in time
• Communicate in English with customers located in Germany and other European countries.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, tight deadlines and thrive under a multi-project workload.

Qualification:

• A minimum of 1 – 2 years working experience preferably with a foreign invested company.
• Knowledge of Import-Export business, ideally in the stationery or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English, both oral and written. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator.
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Resume MUST be submitted in English.
