Major Responsibility：

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management and any other projects.

- Work on the development and maintenance of local HR tools and processes, ensuring consistency with market practice and compliance with employment laws.

- Assist supervisor in formulating and implementing human resources strategies, programs, policies and procedures

协助上级制定及完善人事方面的策略规划、方案、政策和流程。

-Establish standard regulations and maintain personnel files.

建立规范化管理制度以及人员档案的健全与完善。
- Be responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成上级布置的其他事务。

General Requirements：
-University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

人力资源或商务管理及相关专业本科学历。

-A minimum of 5 years hands-on human resources management experience gained in sizeable companies preferably in manufacturing industries.

5年以上人力资源管理经验，有制造业相关行业工作经验者优先。
- Good working knowledge of employment law is required.

熟悉劳动法等相关法律政策。

-Experience with compensation and benefits analysis and strategies, in relation to market practice.

有能够根据市场惯例进行薪酬福利的分析并策略规划的经验。

- Effective oral and written communication skills with a variety of people at all levels.

有极强的口头和书面沟通能力，能协助不同部门的同事解决问题。
-Excellent command of English is a MUST. Good command of PC skills such as MS office

英语听说读写佳，熟练操作Word等办公软件。
