Report to: PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER

Location: WP Office / SCIP during Construction 18 months

Main Responsibilities:

? Administer and maintain cost control processes to track and report project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts

? Assign job-specific code of accounts, in accordance with the approved WBS (Work Breakdown System) \

? Execute Cost Control for both Contract and in house management costs.

? Assist in reporting cost and change management across the project

? Analyze and develop forecast by WBS based on accruals and commitments and bottoms up staffing plan

? Produce expenditure phasing, cash flow reports, as required

? Participate and maintain WBS code mapping between WP Cost estimate to Invista Cost Controlled WBS elements

? Coordinate preparation of TIC Project Cost Report jointly with WP Cost Control team

Experience and skills required:

? 5+ years experience in Project Control

? Microsoft Office Suites (Excel 2010) – Pivot Tables

? Proficient in Chinese and English language

? Associate Degree or higher in Engineering or Finance

Experience and Skills Preferred:

? 5+ years experience in Project Control on large projects

? Microsoft Office (Excel 2010) – Pivot Tables or database management skills

? Experience in SAP

? Proficient in Speaking, Reading and Writing Chinese and English language

? Experience in using Primavera P6

? Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Finance
